Scent strength can differ depending on room size, ventilation, and candle placement.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
We accept the payment methods listed on our website/store.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
Shipping times vary based on location and courier services.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers must provide accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error will not be refunded or replaced.
